Mindfulness Meetups offers certified coaching for individuals to learn activities proven to help with connecting to our true self. Our coaches are specialized in Mindfulness Meditation for neurodivergent adults, utilizing multiple sensory stimulation techniques to customize a program for each unique individual.

WALK WITH US!

Explore the upcoming mindfulness meetups and reserve your spot to experience the joy of mindful living.

ENGAGE -- 30 MINUTES

Learn a few basic mindfulness techniques to help you build your awareness and boost your toolkit for stress reduction.  This quick walk is the best way to insert a peaceful break in an otherwise hectic schedule, for just 30 minutes, building healthy habits into routine.

EMBRACE -- 60 MINUTES

Perfect for those who also want to nourish their physical side along with building awareness of the mind.  Building upon basic mindfulness practices, this walk incorporates additional movements to create full body exercises that also reduce stress.  As an additional option, work with a certified personal trainer with training workouts customized to focus on your specific fitness goals

IMMERSE -- 90 MINUTES

For the person seeking a retreat, we will spend more time sitting quietly in nature, while utilizing basic mindfulness skills for stress reduction.  This is the best option for birdwatching and observing wildlife, learning about the native ecosystems around us, while we rejuvenate our mind and body.  Check out deals for couples and groups –   A great social activity!
